Who we are

AFTERHOURS is a sunglasses brand based in Jordan. This policy explains what we collect when you use tryafterhours.net, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to contact@tryafterhours.net.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and mobile number.

When you reserve: your name, email, Jordanian mobile number, city, delivery address, any delivery note, the frames you chose, your payment method and your reservation history.

When you contact us: your name, email and message. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp shares your number and messages with us.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To hold your reservation, contact you when your frames are ready, take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and answer your questions.

To apply your waitlist welcome and send launch news. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in every email. Essential reservation emails still arrive.

To let you know by phone or WhatsApp when Edition 01 opens for reservations.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser stores your bag, your waitlist welcome and whether you have seen our welcome window, so the site works as you expect. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

This website does not currently use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or similar tracking. If we add tools like these, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the store: our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (Resend), our payment provider for card payments, and our delivery courier, who receives your name, phone number and address to deliver your order. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for 24 months without any contact from you. Reservation and payment records are kept for 7 years, as accounting and tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@tryafterhours.net. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some reservation records where the law requires it, and will tell you if so.
