About these terms

These terms apply when you reserve frames from AFTERHOURS on tryafterhours.net. By reserving, you agree to them.

Preorders

Our frames are made to order in small editions. A reservation holds your chosen frames at the price shown when you reserve. It is a request to buy, and becomes a confirmed order when you pay.

Our estimate is 4 to 6 weeks from reservation. Estimates can change. If supply is running late, we will tell you the new estimate as soon as we know it.

If your pair is more than 14 days later than the estimate we gave you, you can cancel and receive a full refund of anything you have paid, including any deposit.

Product photos show our frames as closely as we can. Small differences in colour and finish are normal.

Prices and offers

Prices are in Jordanian dinars. The price, any offer and the delivery fee are shown before you reserve and stay fixed for that reservation.

Offers do not combine. When more than one applies, we automatically use the one that gives you the lower total.

Payment

You do not pay when you reserve. When your frames are ready, we ask you to pay by card, cash on delivery, CliQ or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier.

If we offer an optional deposit, it counts toward your total and is refunded in full if we cancel or your order is delayed beyond our cancellation window.

If you do not pay within 7 days of our ready notice, we may release your reservation.

Delivery

We deliver within Jordan only. Delivery is 3 JOD, and free on orders of 136 JOD or more after discounts. Once your pair is ready and paid for, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

Please give a correct address and a mobile number the courier can reach. If a delivery fails because of wrong details, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Cancelling

You can cancel an unpaid reservation at any time from your reservation page, at no cost.

We may cancel a reservation if a frame cannot be supplied, if a price was shown in clear error, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Damaged or faulty pairs

If your pair arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery. This does not cover scratches, drops, heat damage or normal wear.

Refunds

When a refund is due, we pay it within 7 days. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Cash on delivery, CliQ and bank transfer payments are refunded by CliQ or bank transfer to an account in your name. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Liability

Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear. They are not safety eyewear and are not for looking directly at the sun. Please do not wear them when driving at night or in low light.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Jordanian law. Beyond those rights, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
